Pinery Pointe HOA dues are paid annually and current dues are $550.00 per property.
Invoices are mailed out to each property owner around December1st of each year. The due date is on January 1st of each year; however, the Association currently allows a 30-day grace period, with the final date of receipt for payment no later than January 31st.
Any homeowner whose payment is not received either by check, cash or electronic payment using Zelle will immediately start incurring a monthly late fee of $25.00 PLUS daily interest until full payment is received (including accrued interest) by the Association.
